Instructions on the procedure for introductory courses for referees
1. Please use the following link to log onto the Football Federation Victoria website and complete Level 4 Part 1.

2. Complete the exam on line.
3. Produce Laws of the Game Certificate.
Please note that this does not permit you to actually referee.
Please contact fkyprian@footballfedvic.com.au by email once you have successfully completed the above Certificate then you can attend the Level 4 Part 2 of the course.
Please bring the Certificate to the course as evidence.
