WARRIORS ANNOUNCE MAJOR DEAL WITH COMPARE QUOTES

Pakenham Basketball are extremely excited to announce the naming rights sponsor of its BIG V Division 2 Men; Compare Quotes.

After spending their initial three years in the BIG V competition without an official naming rights sponsor, Compare Quotes joins the club in a two-year deal.

Speaking with optimism about the future, Warriors President Craig Magrath said “Without this involvement, it is extremely difficult to run a successful senior program and this announcement solidifies the changes we have embraced in the past six months on and off court are propelling us in a positive direction.”

Headquartered in Melbourne and 100% Australian owned, Compare Quotes is an advanced referral network connecting service providers and customers.

Since 2007, Compare Quotes have been helping Australians choose the right quote. And they’re fast becoming the e-Business solution of choice for quality contractors nationwide.

Speaking on behalf of Compare Quotes, Director David Hay spoke of his company’s excitement in joining the Pakenham Warriors, as naming rights sponsor.

“It is a huge honour for Compare Quotes to be the first naming rights partner of such a vibrant and community focused organisation.”

“The sponsorship is important to Compare Quotes as it provides another avenue to further promote our brand and show our support in the local community."

“The BIG V is a nationally recognised competition and with the growing population of the Cardinia Shire, the link between our two organisations was fitting."

The partnership will see the BIG V Division 2 Men now go by the official name of ‘Pakenham ‘Compare Quotes’ Warriors’ and will also have the Compare Quotes logo featured on their jersey for the 2013/14 seasons.

The ‘Compare Quotes’ Warriors host their opening home game this Sunday 24th March against Mornington at the newly nicknamed ‘Colosseum’ with tip-off scheduled for 2:00pm.
