Fitness Tests

Fitness Test Information for 2021:

  • Fitness Test Format to be same as 2019 and 2020.
  • Members to attempt the appropriate fitness level based previous season's results and groupings
    • Generally speaking - A, B and C groups and NPL AR group to attempt the NPL fitness test
    • Other groups to attempt the WPL fitness test.  
  • Referees must attend 3 training sessions/achieve 3 training credits prior to attempting a fitness test.  If you are unable to attend training we have made provisions for uploading your training data for consideration.
  • All tests will be conducted at Barden Ridge Athletics Track, Recreation Drive, Barden Ridge NSW 2234
  • Fitness tests will be held on:
    • Sunday 31 January 2021 at 8:00am - 11:00am
    • Wednesday 3 February 2021 at 6:00pm to 8:30pm
    • Sunday 14 February
    • Wednesday 17 February 2021
  • Fitness evaluation will be conducted at some point in the year to check on fitness levels. This will not be a fitness test but more of an evaluation.  Not attempting a fitness check may exclude you from final series considerations.
