NOMINATIONS for DIRECTORS
The Annual General Meeting of the Moss Vale & District Basketball Association Inc. will be held Wednesday, 19 April 2023 at the Moss Vale Basketball Stadium commencing at 7:30pm.
As per the Constitution, the positions of two (2) Directors elected at the 2021 Annual General Meeting are current until the 2023 Annual General Meeting. Current Directors serving as Secretary and Director.
Nominations for 2023 Annual General Meeting are being called for the following positions: Directors (2)

Nominees must have served on a sub-committee of the Association for at least six (6) months prior to their nomination.
Nominations must be in writing as per the prescribed form below and supported and signed by two current individual and financial members of the Association.
All nominees will be required to give a 90 second address at the AGM outlining the benefits they can bring to the Association.
At the 2023 Annual General Meeting the positions of two Director(s) will be appointed and held for two (2) terms (i.e., until 2025 AGM).
Nominations for Life Members CLOSE 5pm, Wednesday, 15 March 2023.
Nominations for Director and Notices of Motion Close 5pm, Friday, 24 March 2023.
All nominations and noticesmust be submitted to the Secretary no later than the stated times.
