MUSTANGS REPRESENTATIVE JULY HOLIDAY PROGRAM
WORK ON YOUR GAME THESE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS WITH MEMBERS OF THE MUSTANGS SENIOR PROGRAM
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING with Lachlan McPhee
This 2 day program includes education on warm up, cool down and recovery, S & C testing with personalised feedback, and introduces a home program in session 2.
DATES: Tuesday 17th & Friday 20th July
TIMES: All 12s & 14s – 9.00-10.30am ;
All 16s and older 10.30am-12.00pm

BASKETBALL SESSIONS
POST PLAYER SKILLS with Amanda Bendeich & Tyler Monroe
Work on you post game with two of our league’s most dominant post players. Close finishing, post moves, rebounding and post defence.
DATES: Monday 9th & Monday 16th July
TIMES: All girls – 9.00am-10.30am
Boys Under 12s & 14s Boys – 9.00-10.30am
Male athletes U/16s and older 10.30am-12.00pm
SHARPEN YOUR SHOOTING with Grace Beavis & Phil Danet
Develop your game shooting skills with two of our clubs best perimeter shooters. Refine your technique, build muscle memory through repetition and practice shooting game shots under pressure.
DATES: Tuesday 10th & Wednesday 11th July
TIMES: All girls – 9.00am-10.30am
Boys Under 12s & 14s Boys – 9.00-10.30am
Male athletes U/16s and older 10.30am-12.00pm
SWEET HANDLES with Jack Edwards & Hannah Griffin
Work on your point guard skills, advanced ball handling, passing and catching and defending the ball in the full court.
DATES: Thursday 12th & Friday 13th July
TIMES: All girls – 9.00am-10.30am
Boys Under 12s & 14s Boys – 9.00-10.30am
Male athletes U/16s and older 10.30am-12.00pm
