The instrument appointing a proxy shall be in writing. A member shall be entitled to instruct his/her proxy in favour or against any prosoped nomination. Unless otherwise instructed the proxy may vote as he/she thinks fit.

Ballot papers will be made available on Wednesday 20th March. This ballot paper must accompany your proxy vote. The ballot paper will list in alphabetical order the nominated members wishing to be elected to the MBA Board. Please only mark the ballot paper in the box provided as any other marks may disqualify your vote.
All proxy votes will be sealed either prior to delivering or at the time of delivery and handed to the General Manager who will pass onto the returning officer on the night of the AGM
