2012 COUNTRY TOURNAMENT RESULTS

In the words of our Under 14 Div 1 Mens team " Winners are Grinner" Maitland Under 14 men's team ran out eventual winners in the country tournament over the June long weekend.

Maitland Under 18's womens team were defeated in the grand final by Illawarra

Maitland Under 18's men team finished 4th in the pool games but were knocked out of the crossover Rds by Illawarra. Craig Goodman was rewarded for his refereeing throughout the tournament by refereeing the Grand Final of the Under 18's Div 2 mens final.

Maitland Under 16's Div 1 men finished 4th in their pool rounds but were defeated but Tuggerah in the crossover Rds and our Under 16 men 2 finished 3rd in the pool Rds but were defeated by Gosford in their crossover.

Maitland Under 16's Div 1 women finished 3rd on their pool games but were defeated by Illawarra in the crossover game. Our Under 16's Div 2 women finished 2nd in the pool rds but were defeated by Newcastle in the crossover Rd

Maitland Under 14's women Div 1 team ended 4th in the pool Rds but lost to Coffs harbour in the Crossover. Under 14's Div 2 women finished 1st in the pool Rds and went onto play Grafton in the grand final but were defeated in a torrid affair.

Maitland Under 14's men Div 1 team - WINNER ARE GRINNERS finishing 1st in the pool Rds and then defeated Canberra in the Grand final- MVP went to Connor Edwards. Under 14's men div 2 team finished 2nd in the pool Rds  but lost to Orange in the Semi.

Maitland Under 12's Div 1 womens team finsihed 3rd in the pool rds but were defeated by Canberra in the semi.

Maitland Under 12's Div 1 mens team finished 4th in the pool Rds  but lost to Newcastle in the crossover Rds. Under 12's div 2 mens team finished 5th in their pool Rds
