JULY BASKETBALL CAMP - HUGE SUCCESS
148 Participants at Holiday Camp - Huge Success!

Thanks to the most valued support of Newcastle & Hunter Youth Development Trust, Maitland Basketball held yet another successful and enjoyable holiday camp.
We had 148 children attend, ranging in ages 5- 14 years. Scott McGregor, development officer for Maitland Basketball controlled the day and made sure that everyone had the best time whilst learning new skills.
With the assistance of other Maitland Basketball players we made sure every participant was well supervised and was kept busy all day long. Everyone enjoyed the day with many parents commenting on how well it was run and will we be doing it again each holidays.
We cooked up 22kgs (approx350) sausages for lunch. We had 25 loaves of bread.
A great day for all.
