Rolleblaze entered into a Memoradum of Understanding with Basketball Queensland as a pilot project with the objective of inclusion. We believe this relationship will demonstrate to the basketball community, be it local associations or providers for athletes with a disability, the efficiency of sharing resources and the power of unity within the game.

Rollerblaze attended Basketbal Qld State Conference at Chandler Stadium to introduce wheelchair basketball. Basketball officials from all around the State were able "have a go" at basketball in a wheelchair.

Rollerblaze entered 2 B grade teams in the State Championships - The Classics - held at Boondall Stadium. The teams finished 5th and 6th. Icemen with 3 Rollerblaze players finished 2nd in the A grade comp.

Rollerblaze entered two B grade and one A Grade teams in the Sunshine Coast Spinners annual tournament. In B grade Rollerblaze Blue won gold medal and Rollerblaze Lions won the bronze medal. Scott Boland was named in B Grade All Star Five. In A grade Rollerblaze won bronze medal from 10 teams.
