In the first round Nerang Highland Park easily beat Runaway Bay 10-4 - must have been that secret training Nerang did last week.  In the other game Carrara showed early promise beating Ashmore 16-6.  The grand final game between Nerang Highland Park and Carrara started well and at half time the score was 8-4 but Carrara scored three baskets in the second half taking the coveted trophy for 12 months.

Two "stack of the day" trophies were awarded to Lion Les (NHP Lions) and Lion Colin (Carrara).
