Storm Director of Coaching Announced for 2011/12
Brendon Matthews has been selected as the Director of Coaching for the Storm program for the 2011/12 season.
Brendon enters his 5th season as a Storm Coach and is Bellarines only coach to qualify for the prestigious Victorian Championship division 3 years in a row in under 14,16 and then under 12 girls .
"My goal is to motivate our junior athletes and coaches whilst developing them for the future"
In his role of Director of Coaching Brendon will:
* Conduct individual and team development sessions to improve the skill base of our junior athletes.
*Recruit potential representative players from the Bellarine Peninsula domestic program.
*Aid in the selection of representative teams
* Liaise with coaches and athletes at training.
Brendon will also take charge of the under 14 girls for the 2011/12 season.
