BPBA By-Laws Amendment
Please be advised of the following By-Law amendment that was passed at the last BPBA Committee Meeting.
Change By-Law 3.5.2 to 3.5.2.1
Add the following as 3.5.2.2
“A representative player is no longer considered to be a representative player after 18 months of non-participation as a representative player for any Association.”
This by-law is effective immediately, and will be applied to any players/teams as necessary for the Winter 2010 Season.
