HEAD COACH POSITIONS – ARAFURA GAMES MEN’S AND WOMEN’S TEAMS

Basketball Northern Territory are seeking suitably qualified Coaches to fill the positions of Head Coach for the Arafura Games Men’s and Women’s teams.

The Arafura Games will be hosted in Darwin from 27April to 4 May 2019 with the basketball competition being played from 30 April to 4 May.

Ideally applicants would hold an Association (formerly Level 2) coaching accreditation or be in the process of attaining this accreditation.  As a minimum the successful Coach will hold a current Club Coaching accreditation (formerly level 1).

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years Senior Coaching experience and have coached in a Northern Territory affiliate Senior League competition or it’s interstate equivalent in the last 12 months.

An interview process will then follow for selected applicants.
