Wayne Osborne to lead Parkes Soccer in 2019
As the 2018 season drew to a close planning for the 2019 season has already commenced with the Annual General Meeting held on Monday 22 October at the Parkes Bowling and Sports Club.
During the meeting, all positions were declared vacant with the nomination process being opened for all committee member positions. The following members have been elected to the committee:
PRESIDENT:Wayne Osborne
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT: Wayne Pearce
JUNIOR VICE PRESIDENT: Stewart Lamond
SECRETARY:Malcolm Bruce
TREASURER:Angela Bottaro-Porter
JUNIOR COMPETITION SECRETARY:Vacant
OPEN LADIES COMPETITION SECRETARY:Kath Went
REGISTRAR:Lara Kronenberg
WEBSITE & SOCIAL MEDIA ADMINISTRATOR: Cameron Stone
Newly elected President, Wayne Osborne, thanked all members of the outgoing committee for putting the association in a strong position to go forward.
“Myself and the new committee are committed to developing our juniors and continuing to grow the standard of the sport in Parkes” Osborne said. “We will also continue to support our strong and enjoyable Open Ladies competition into the 2019 season and beyond” he added.
