Q1 – Tell us a little bit about yourself?

I am 13 years old and I live between Bogan Gate and Trundle with my parents and three brothers.

Q2 – Tell us how you first got involved in the sport of soccer (football) and what was your first involvement with the game in Parkes?

When I was four years old I played in an Under 6 team with my brother Jarrod. I loved it and have been playing ever since.

Q3 – What do you enjoy about playing with Western Mariners?

I enjoy playing a high standard of soccer and I have made many friends from other towns in the Western Region.

Q4 – What are you goals you have set out to achieve for 2014?

I am currently training with the NSW Country squad and hope to be selected in the team which will play at Nationals in September this year.

Q5 – You played Western Mariners last year, what was your favourite memory of that season?

I have played for Western since I was eight years old. My favourite memory last year was winning the Grand final which was played on the main field at Glen Willow Stadium in Mudgee.

Q6 – Who has been one person that has had a big influence on your career to date and why?

My dad, Chris McDean, has had the biggest influence on my career because he drives me to all my training sessions, games and tournaments. He encourages me and gives me tips to improve.

Q7 – What is your favourite position to play?

My favourite position is centre back. I also like playing in the midfield.

Q8 – What do you like to do outside of the game?

When Im not playing soccer, I enjoy playing cricket and being with my friends.

Q9 – Do you follow the Hyundai A-League? If so, which team do you support?

I follow the A-league and Central Coast Mariners is my favourite team.

Q10 – Who is your favourite all time player and why?

My favourite all time player is Puyol because he is the captain of FC Barcelona and he plays centre back.
