The West Coast Saints are proud to welcome back one of their favourite sons as coach.
Ward Frost returns to the top job for 2011 after a year of exile in Australia’s remote west. Frost’s last game for the Saint’s was the upset 2009 Grand Final triumph over the Burnaby Eagles, and he will be keen to build on that success this year. Apart from being the club’s first premiership coach, Frost is a founding member and has the best and fairest named after him.
Frost takes the reigns from Ryan Martin and Scott Sheen who kept his seat warm in 2010. The Saints also welcome president Clinton (Joy), taking over from David Miller.
Players are advised that preseason training started on Wednesday.
