Notice of Zone 3 Special General Meeting
On Saturday 27th October Netball Wellington Region, Western Netball Region and Eastern Netball Region shall be holding a combined Special General Meeting as the newly formed Zone 3 following recent changes to the Netball NZ structure.
Lunch will start at 12.00pm followed by the start of the meeting at 12.30pm and the meeting intends to close at 1.30pm.
The meeting will be held at Sports House, 50 Queen Street, Palmerston North.
Agenda items include:
Resolution to form the Zone
Resolution to adopt the constitution
Signing of the Incorporate Society Form
Zone Constitution certfified by the Zone Chair
Announcement of Appointed Board Members
Election of Board Members
Present the nominations
