Performance Manager Role - Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic

Applications are now being received for a Performance Manager Role to lead the building of the best possible programme that will prepare umpires and netballers for representative opportunities within our Zone and on behalf of our Zone.

The  successful applicant will have experience  forming squads for both playing and development on behalf of both the Zone and the Centres as well as  understand the importance  of coach succession and  umpire  development.   The  successful  applicant  will  require  a  sound  understanding  of competitions, selection and how these interact to help develop the best possible netballers/umpires.


This position is a Management position and  the successful applicant will  have  strategic planning ability, the ability to motivate others, good communication skills and have a sound understanding and ideas relating to promotion and marketing of this Performance Program.

The applicant will also have experience and success at working closely with others to plan, develop and implement a programme that will successfully prepare players and umpires to perform at the highest  levels.  The  successful  applicant  will  be  an  effective  communicator,  you  will  be  driven, competitive and passionate about netball from grassroots to the highest level and committed to the
development of players and coaches in the Waikato Bay of Plenty Zone.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will strive to achieve the Magic philosophies and abide by the PVP which aims to ensure we compete hard and represent the Waikato Bay of Plenty Zone professionally and with pride.
