Getting Involved
There are loads of great reasons to get involved with Touch. The best thing about Touch is it can be played anywhere by anyone. You can get involved through your school, local sports club, friends and family.
Touch is easy to learn for all ages, with simple rules and fun to play with friends and family. It's a great sport to build and maintain fitness levels and your ball handling skills are sure to improve.

Coaching
Every team needs a coach or coaches. Coaches are provided by a range of individuals from the keen parent or supporter for junior or more casual teams to professional coaches for senior and representative teams. The key ingredients for a coach are; a sound knowledge of the rules, a positive attitude to good sportsmanship and a willingness to commit to the regular time demands of the role. Playing
To find teams either use our competition postcode finder or contact your provincial touch association who will link you up to your local clubs, module associations and schools or college competitions. For the ultimate experience playing Touch, look out for the Total Touch modules. These will give you the best playing experience becasue they are structured for a consistent high level of delivery.
