Touch Volunteers
Is there an unsung Touch hero in YOUR community?
We are opening our volunteer profiles up to the Touch community and asking you to nominate the next volunteer to be profiled on this website. Is there an unsung Touch hero in your community? It could be a coach, a parent, someone who drives you around from training to tournament, the person who washes your kit and makes sure the team is ready for match day, the person who your team just couldn't do without and is always there to support you.
Send us your nominations by email to jo@touchnz.co.nz with the following information:
Your name and phone number, name of person you are nominating and how you know them, why you believe they should be recognised as the next Unsung Touch hero, contact phone or email address of the nominee.

Volunteers are the life blood of the Touch community; they keep the sport alive, active and fresh. Touch volunteers and supporters bring excitement, passion and enthusiasm to the sport with the kind of attitude that brings positive change and motivation. All over New Zealand volunteers support our sport in many important ways and help spread the word that Touch is a great game for all. We’d like to recognise our volunteers and supporters and say thank you for the great work you do. On this site you can find out how different people find their own way to support Touch and the many different ways that you can get involved too. Every month we'll also feature a 'Profile of the Month', if you would like to nominate someone you know who supports Touch in your local community let us know by email jo@touchnz.co.nz
