Magic 14 Boys Division 2 Champions
The winning team consisted of Jack Gray, Kade Bradley, Bailey Murphy, Alex Buhlmann, Josh Levison, Bailey Poulish, Matthew Withers, Doug Treloar with coach Jenny Herbert and team manager Amanda Treloar.
The Magic boys defeated Barossa Valley, Port Augusta, Broken Hill and Eastern Hills in the minor rounds then defeated Whyalla in the semi final. This placed them against Adelaide Plains in the Grand Final on the Monday.
The boys played terrific team basketball, defeating Adelaide Plains 39 to 29.
The Magic Under 18 men, Under 18 women and Under 14 girls all finished in the top four in the Division One competitions over the weekend. Magic also had teams playing in the under 14 girls division 3 competition and the under 14 boys division 4 competition. More information and results about the weekend will be available soon.
