Young Hawk's Dual Success
Hawks U14 WABL player Jackson Hamilton spread his talents over two different sports on the Labour day long weekend.
As well as helping to guide his U14 WABL team into the Championship division in the WABL grading competition held at the Cockburn Classic on the 5th, 6th & 7th March, Jackson also competed in the Australian Junior National Championships, competing in Under 16 Para.
He picked up 4 golds and 2 silver medals in the following events:
800m Silver
1500m Silver
Shot Gold
Javelin Gold
Discus Gold
Long Jump Gold
A very talented sportsman and a very busy weekend - it's no wonder he was tired on Tuesday following the long-weekend.
