Award Winners for WABL 2013
Our Club held its annual WABL Award Presentations at the conclusion of the WABL Grand Finals last Sunday at the WA Basketball Centre.
A sausage sizzle preceeded the presentations, with valuable assistance from many WABL parents in feeding the teams.
All the teams and families then gathered onto Court 1 for the 'formal' part of the evening.
Some of our Women & Men SBL players attended the wind-up and helped present the awards.
Our MC for the evening was Paul Wojtasiak - our SBL Game night announcer, along with our WABL Director - Karl Hombergen, ensured the evening ran smoothly and in a timely manner.
We would like to congratulate all the 2013 Hawks Award recipients and WABL Allstars.
The Allstars were presented at the conclusion of all Grand Finals, except for the U 14 s who will be presented with their Allstars at the end of Sunday's Grand Finals.
