Hawks W 12 Team are Grand Final Winners
The Perry Lakes Hawks U 12 Girls WABL team concluded their WABL season with a 40 - 36 win over East Perth in the Grand Final played on Sunday.
The girls had a great season finishing second to East Perth at the end of the Home and Away season but came out on top where it counted most.
Led by Coach Stuart Luck and ably assisted by Georgia Clarke, the girls were ecstatic with their win in their first season in WABL - Congratulations Girls.
Two other Hawks teams made the Grand Finals played last Sunday, the M 12 & M16 teams- both teams had close losses against Willetton Tigers and should be congratulated for their effort.
The M 12 was coached by Morgan Hughes and his assistants Paul Leavitt and Tom Head and the M 16's by Coach Sam Nevill and assistant Graeme Pekin - Well done boys.
Out two U 14 touring teams have also made the Grand Final and will be playing at 11.15 am on Sunday 13th at the WABC - Come down and support the teams.
