Lady Hawks Head Coach - Craig (CJ) Jackson
It is hard to believe that our 2013 season has come to an end. We ended the season with a six game losing streak and played hard in all six losses. Though our record reflects a tenth place finish, I feel that the Lady Hawks team members further developed their basketball skills. I want to thank the Hawks organisation for the opportunity to coach the team. It has been a very rewarding experience to get back into the competition in which I have played, coached and been a General Manager of. The Hawks women’s club is rich in talent levels from the under 12’s up to the WSBL and will definitely be in a position to challenge the championship for years to come.
To the players: I am so proud to have coached all of you and I know how good you can be individually to collectively bring a championship back to the most successful club.
To the assistant coaches: thank you for all of your hard work and input.
To all of the supporters: thank you and our success is shared with you as you have helped us be the most professional club in the competition.
To the Board: thank you for providing me this great experience.
To the best Team Manager: thank you for getting our team organised throughout the season.
To the MSBL team and coaching staff: you have done the club proud and wish you the best in securing the championship.
Once again thank you for a great 2013 season. GO HAWKS!
