Hawks SBL teams in action at the Pre-Season Blitz
Our Hawks MSBL & WSBL teams will be in action at the SBL Pre-Season Blitz being held at the WA Basketball Centre on March 1st - March 3rd.
Come down and see our new signings, together with our returning players, compete in their first hit out for the 2013 State League Season.
In the Men's team, watch our new imports - Michael Lay and Corey Easley in action, along with new players Adrian (AJ) Mastrovich, Rob Cassir and Tevin Jackson. Add to this Wildcats DP Ben Purser,Travis Hayto, Ben Dixon, Ryan O'Sullivan and our Hawks youngsters, under the watchful eye of new head coach Shawn Dennis and his assistants - Alan Watts, Charles Nix, Peter Barrow and Josh Farnworth.
Our Lady Hawks,under new coach CJ (Craig) Jackson will be looking to their experienced players in Chelsea Boyanich,Nat Burton, Belinda Mayger, Rosie Tobin, Kate Anthony & Clare Thomson-Boston, to lead the younger girls in the 2013 Blitz. CJ will be assisted by new WSBL assistant coaches Glenn Dawson and Kerry Clarke, together with returning assistant Craig Clatworthy.
The SBL season proper starts on March 15th.
