WABL tryouts commence Thursday 16th February
Perry LakesHawks invite players to try out for the Hawks WA Basketball League teams for 2012. Teams will be registered for all divisions within the Basketball WA competition, from U12’s through to Under 20’s.
Hawks have a strong commitment to developing junior players and providing them with a pathway to play basketball at the highest possible level. We achieve this through a talented base of coaches and mentors and via our dedicated group of volunteers at Board level and throughout the Club.
Tryouts for all age groups will be held on the following dates at WA Basketball Centre, with selection of final teams occurring at the conclusion of week three.
Tryout Dates:
Week 1 Thursday, 16th February
Week 2 Thursday, 23rd February
Week 3 Thursday, 1st March
Tryout Times:
5:00pm to 7:00pm Under 12, Under 13, Under 14, Under 15
7:00pm to 9:00pm Under 16, Under 18-2, Under 18-1, Under 20
Please note that these times are only for the first THREE WEEKS of tryouts.Ongoing training times will be advised to each team at the conclusion of the tryouts. Please check the notice board for court allocations. Wear your club reversible training top if you have one.
A player’s age group is determined by their age as at 31st December 2012. Players are required to try out in their relevant year group.
COST: $15 (payable at first training session)
