The Junior Management Committee (JMC) is comprised of delegates from all nine Clubs within the BL&GFA, administered by the JMC executive consisting of a President, Secretary, Treasurer and Junior Football Officer (JFO). The JMC is assisted by the SANFL Central Regional Football Coordinator, the BL&GFA Junior Umpire Coordinator and a representative from the board of the BL&GFA.
