Aussie Hoops - Term 4 program commences Saturday 15 October
AUSSIE HOOPS
Aussie Hoops is an introductory fun 'games based' development program for primary and beginner high school aged children.
One hour lessons are are conducted on Saturday afternoons at the Brickpit Sports Stadium, with the 2016 school term 2 sessions being:
2.30pm to 3.30pm: Boys & girls 6 to 8 years of age
3.30pm to 4.30pm: Boys & girls 9 to 11 years of age
4.30pm to 5.30pm: Boys & girls 12+ years of age
The aim of the program is to teach children the skills, rules of the game and how to play, to enable them to make the transition into playing in the Hornsby Ku-Ring-Gai Basketball Association's local competition. Children receive coaching from our experienced coaches and players who have graduated through our Association's Junior programs.
The School Term 3, 2016 Program commences Saturday, October 15. CHILDREN CANNOT "TURN UP ON THE DAY" AND EXPECT TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM.
DUE TO THE POPULARITY OF THIS PROGRAM, ALL PLACES USUALLY FILL WITHIN THE FIRST TWO WEEKS OF LESSONS. TO ENSURE A PLACE IN THIS PROGRAM AN APPLICATION FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFOREHAND.
