(a) Team lists needed
We require your schools teams lists (with playing numbers) before Friday 20th November so we can pre-fill the day's scoresheets to remove congestion from the sign on and entry area; and to help us run the day's games on time for all schools. Please email your schools team lists to me at: michael.dagostino@hornsbyspiders.com.au
e.g. Example School
Year 3/4 Boys Team 1

(b) Duty requirements for gala day teams
Each school is required to provide one person (per game) to attend to the scoresheet or game clock (duty). Ths can be a parent - or a player from a team that is not playing in that current timeslot (i.e. boys do duty for girls and vice versa). Games start at 9.00am sharp, with the Brickpit Sports Stadium (1A Dartford road Thornleigh) open from 8.30am. Check which times your schools teams start and please arrive 20 minutes before hand.
Note that each team will play 4 x 20 minute games. Games are 20 minutes (no halves) with a "running clock." Teams will be in the bonus on the 5th team foul - all other rules as per FIBA.
