Day 3 Nationals - Open Men's Match Report: Auckland vs Counties Manukau

The match started with a flurry of touchdowns as Auckland starting strongly through a two touchdowns to Wiremu Nehu; Counties then came storming back through touchdowns to Chris Yates and Bruce Kake to even things up.

Day 3 Nationals - Open Mixed Match Report: Kapiti Horowhenua vs Wellington

Kapiti Horowhenua started the match all guns blazing with some relentless driving that soon paid dividends; Touch Black Hamish Buick spinning the ball out wide and finding Alana Fraser free on the wing. The speed a trajectory of the ball wasn't easy to pick up and it was a fine take by Fraser who simultaneously touched down.

Day 3 Nationals - Open Women's Match Report: Waikato vs Counties Manukau

The match began with most of the action at Counties Manukau line, Waikato having the early running and pinning their opposition in their half. The pressure eventually paid off for Morgan Morrow who provided her usual X Factor in the middle to put Waikato up 1-0 after 10 minutes.

The match begun at break-neck speed with both teams trying to out-enthuse one another. A repeat set by Canterbury provided the first true scoring opportunity but the final pass sailed wide and the early advantage with it.

NZ Over 40 Men's player Chance Ahsin scored first for Canterbury after some bustling play down the middle created space and time to make his magic. Canterbury's Mike D and Corey Grant (brother of Scott) were also in on the action early with Mr D scoring.
