Transfer and Permit Forms are available here for download.
All transfers and permits must be entered into the Footyweb system for approvals. These forms must be signed by the player involved in all cases, and for junior players, by the parent/guardian.
1. Affiliated Leagues Player Clearance / Transfer Form.
For use with all South Australian Community Football League (SACFL) transfers. This is effectively any transfers within the State of South Australia. Form doubles as a transfer authorisation request and player registration. Once signed by the player/ parent/guardian, the transfer is processed via the Footyweb system and form submitted to the League.
Rules governing this type of transfer are laid out by the SACFL (Affiliated Leagues Regulations), and are available under the League Administration Menu item.
2. Affiliated Leagues Temporary Permit Form
Similar to 1. above, this form is used only for Temporary Transfers. Once signed by the player/ parent/guardian, the transfer is processed via the Footyweb system and the form submitted to the League.
Temporary Transfer Permitted players do not accrue a finals qualification whilst playing under the Permit.
3. Interstate Transfer Form
For interstate transfers only. Once signed by the player/ parent/guardian, the transfer is processed via the Footyweb system and the form submitted to the League.
Rules governing this type of transfer are laid out by the Australian Football League, and are available under the League Administration Menu item.
4. MWFL Single Player Registration Form (not previously registered on Footyweb)
This form is to only be used for a first registration, where the player is not otherwise registered on the Fox Sport Pulse Footyweb system, and therefore dows not require a clearance or transfer to play. It includes a statement to this effect.
5. Parent/Guardian Authority for Junior Playing Senior Football
Parent/Guardian consent for a junior player to play at senior level
6. Parent/Guardian Authority for Junior Colt (< U14) to Play Senior Colts (Under 16 Grade)
Parent/Guardian consent for a junior under 14 to play at under 16 Senior Colt level
