Should payments to coaches and/or players be contemplated, clubs are encouraged to formalise the arrangement in writing for the benefit of all parties involved. Two contracts should be prepared, one for the player/coach and one for the club.
Clubs wishing to decline a clearance/transfer request on the basis of a contractual arrangement will need to provide a copy of the signed contract document to the League at the time of declinal.
