To preserve player numbers in the Junior and Senior Colts Competitions the following rule is in place.
1. That the GSFL and its affiliated clubs note the information and proposal to provide ‘Intra League Recruitment Ceiling’ as in 2.
2.That the GSFL and its affiliated clubs agree that a club cannot recruit another player from another GSFL Club if they have up to 23 (23 or less players) in all, eligible junior colts or senior colt players at the end of the previous season.
3. In the event of an application of extraordinary circumstances a player wishes to move to another GSFL affiliated club may apply to the GSFL commissioner for extraordinary circumstances.
4. That the “Intra League Recruitment Ceiling Rule” is effective from 19 February 2018
5. That the GSFL review the rule annually.
