Mr Ted Chessells
Elected North-Central League secretary in the early 'thirties, Mr Ted Chessells held that position for 32 years. He was also North-Central's first District Councillor, and after serving a term as V.C.F.L. president, was honoured with life membership of the country league.
Mr Allan Dunstan
Succeeding Mr Chessells as District Councillor in 1968, Mr Allan Dunstan retained that position until his retirement, due to ill health, in 1991. He was a long-term president of the North-Central League, and president of the Victorian Country Football League, for which he was awarded life membership.
North-Central League life memberships have been awarded to both Mr Chessells and Mr Dunstan.
Following the retirement of Mr Dunstan, Mr Lindsay Lynch (Ouyen) took over the position of Regional Director. He was succeeded by Mr Andy Griffiths (Donald)
