An exciting opportunity exists to join a community football and netball league organisation committed to developing its standing and status as a quality organisation. The league is seeking a netball administration officer to continue to deliver the quality services to our clubs.
The organisation has experienced considerable growth in the past years across our 3 netball competitions with more than 160 teams participating in local community netball every weekend.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, creative and confident support person to administer the demands of a dynamic and busy sports organisation and provide administration support. We are seeking an individual with proven success in servicing stakeholders, coordinating functions and events, general administration and match day paperwork.
The successful applicant
- Will have experience in customer service and stakeholder management
- Will have a proven administration experience and sound organisational skills
- Will be committed and energetic with the capacity to:
- Work autonomously and as part of a small, cohesive team
- o Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and key decision makers
- o Use best practise when delivery administration takes
- o Effectively use Microsoft Office software packages
- o Understanding of the my netball system would be advantageous but not essential
