Shepparton will face arguably the toughest of its matches this season when taking on what is fast becoming the shortest priced premiership favourite in the game’s history.
The first task for Brad Campbell will be to install belief in his playing group because if they don’t believe then should not take the field today.
Nick Rokahr, Liam Duguid, Ash Holland, Nick Allan and James Wong have been some of the team’s better players of late and they will need to set the tone for the young Bears.
Kyabram has been a fast starting team and have usually put a huge gap between themselves and their opponent by quarter time.
Kayne Pettifer is like a good bottle of wine, getting better with age.
He has been an absolute star while the recruitment of one of the league’s best players in Lachie Smith has given the Bombers another chink in already talented playing list.
As I have stated before I don’t believe this team has a weakness.
They have so many good players and so much depth that every player is mindful of the pressure coming from underneath.
There are probably 4-6 players who would walk straight into this team to cover injuries and form lapses.
The Bombers will prove too strong for the Bears to remain unbeaten.
Tip: Kyabram
