Despite only having the one win on the board, Seymour coach Brent Colbert won’t be asking for any favours.
He knows wins are chalked by playing as a team and playing for four quarters.
Ben Clifton has been a welcome addition to the Lions playing roster while gun midfielder Jason Cole has been outstanding.
The Lions have also found a player in Jake O’Brien in the permanent absence of Saad and Bongetti.
O’Brien booted five goals in the Pies.
After a less than impressive start to its title defence, Benalla has bounced back with two dominant performances, largely off the back of the magician Farran Priest.
He has been ably supported by Sam Martyn, Luke Morgan, Will Martiniello and Nick Warnock.
This will be a big ask for the Lions, but Colbert knows they have to claim a scalp of losing two Kyabram and Euroa already.
