The Emu Hotel came on board in 2017, where the tradition has been reignited after many years, of the SFL Premier's colours revealed on their chimney. Any one driving south on Main South Road, cannot help but see the colours of the current premiers Flagstaff Hill Football Club, and Noarlunga Football Club colours nestled just under the Falcons colours. Good crowd assembled Monday (mad Monday) just before lunch to witness the unveiling of the chimney.
History made at the Emu Hotel this year with the League holding our inaugural Grand Final breakfast held on the Friday morning prior to the Grand Final with special guest Garry (Buddha) Hocking interviewed by the League's Patron John Hall OAM.
Phil Smyth interviewed both Flagstaff Hill & Noarlunga Club Presidents, coaches, and captains. Fantastic breakfast with 80 people in attendance. The S.F.L. Grand Final Breakfast was taped by Channel 44.
