MEMO TO CLUBS PARTICIPATING IN FINALS 2010
1. The original copy of the team sheet listing the names and numbers of the players with the Interchange player marked participating in the match. The runner's and team manager's name also must be forwarded to the official central umpire prior to the commencement of the match.
2. Each team provide a timekeeper who is aware of the times of the match for which he or she is officiating.
GRADES. FIRST QUARTER HALF TIME THIRD QUARTER

** two long blasts of the siren after 15 minutes of half time has elapsed. (A) GRADE
ALL TIMEKEEPERS ARE TO SOUND THE SIREN THREE TIMES WHEN IT IS TWO MINUTES TO GO FOR THE PROGRAMMED MATCH STARTING TIME, THEN TWO BLASTS FOR ONE MINUTE AND ONE BLAST TO START MATCH.
BETWEEN QUARTERS THE SAME AS ABOVE TO BE CARRIED OUT.
When the umpire enters the playing arena the timekeeper will make two short blasts of the siren, the team will then have two (2) minutes to enter the playing arena.
3. Each team must provide an interchange steward to officiate from the seats provided by the host club or no interchange allowed.
4. The number of personnel permitted inside the fence in the coaches box area will be limited to (NINE) for 'A,B,C,U18' and (TEN) for U16,14.
5. Dress of officials. Same will be policed during finals, please refer to your official handbook.
6. Players must be wearing correct uniform, including shorts (Home or Away), umpires to refuse players playing not in correct uniform.
7. The runner's job, is specifically to carry messages to and from the coach not to act as a trainer or coach on field.
8. No unauthorized persons are allowed on the arena. Clubs are responsible, in controlling their members and players at all times.
9. GLASS CONTAINERS OR BOTTLES ARE NOT TO BE TAKEN INTO DRESSING ROOMS. PLEASE TREAT THE HOST CLUB'S FACILITIES WITH RESPECT. NO ALCOHOL TO BE TAKEN ONTO THE PLAYING ARENA.
10. Teams may choose to have a warm up on the oval but all players from teams warming up at any ¼ - ½ - ¾ break must have cleared off of the oval prior to the one minute warning siren being sounded, teams not complying will incur a $200 fine for their club.
12. Each team manager must, return best players, goal kickers etc to the SFL Coordinator at the ground within ten minutes of their match ending.
13. The SFL will provide footballs and scorecards.
