For most of you the season is over and so now is a great time to prepare for next season particularly for the coaches of senior sides who for whatever reason seem to be busier than the junior coaches and so the course is scheduled for this time of year to make it easier for senior coaches to attend. 

It is the state goal of the association to increase the number of senior coaches with the appropriate certification.  So along with scheduling the course to this time of year, as previously requested, the course is being run mid-week.  Given this is what you, the Clubs have asked for, please support the event and ensure the relevant coaches are encouraged to attend.

Please remind them to:

• Dress to participate if able (no boots)– one of the best ways to learn is to be involved and do the exercises yourself.  If someone is unable to they just need to let us know at the start. No-one will be forced to participate. 

• Bring a ball, drink bottle and a light snack.

• The course will be run at Christie Park – North Ryde

 

Senior Certificate

U17 to Senior

In this Phase the coach prepares the team for a competition environment where winning becomes the main aim. Training focuses on solving football problems, based on match analysis. FOOTBALL CONDITIONING also becomes a key part of the course
