Call To Action!
Our club is a 100% volunteer operation, and we always struggle to find enough coaches to support all the nominations.
We do not have enough coaches to fill the current numbers!
We will not nominate any teams without coaches. Sadly, as the size of our club has grown, so too have the number of issues regarding sportsmanship and behaviour.
Teams without a coach place significate pressure on those of us that already volunteer our time to the club. Therefore, unless we can find more volunteers willing to put up their hand to coach, we anticipate there will be quite a few players who nominated but will unfortunately not make one of our teams.
Finding coaches is one of our goals this year.
To help support our coaching volunteers we will run a level one coaching course at the start of the year. We will also introduce some “paid professional” coaching sessions with our division one teams that will double as “coaching the coach” demonstration sessions.

The more coaches we have, the fewer the number of kids we will disappoint.
