USCBC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2013
All members are encouraged to attend this important meeting which will include updates on progress of the association over the last year and the election of a new Management Committee.
Attached you will find:
- AGM Location Map
- A detailed Agenda for the meeting
- Last AGM Meeting Minutes
- A form to add motions to the meeting. These forms need to be completed and returned to the secretary (Mark Brown) two days before the AGM to be included in the meeting
- A form to nominate individuals to one of the 7 management committee positions that will open for election at the meeting. These need to be returned to the secretary 14 days prior to the AGM to be included in the meeting via email: secretary@uscbc.basketball.net.au
- A proxy form if you are not able to attend and wish to have your vote represented by someone else in the meeting. This form can be brought to the AGM by your chosen representative
