Speaking at Lancaster’s half time function Watson announced the educational institution as the League’s major partner for this season. "The League is very pleased to partner with KCLC for this season. We are both community based organisations and it’s a great fit for the reach and personnel within our League."
"The partnership will be of mutual benefit and will allow us to work with KCLC and offer important educational programs and activities that are of benefit to our clubs and their members."
KCLC Chairman Grant Findlay also addressed those present at the event. "KCLC is very excited to be working with the KDFNL. As a not-for-profit organisation we pride ourselves on our community focus in our education programs."
