KIMBERLEY football club Broome Bulls want to hear from former players as preparations for its 60th anniversary gathers pace.
The Bulls, formed in 1949, played their first game on July 17 of that year.
They were originally called Meatworks Football Club after the company that employed many of its original players. The club changed its name to Broome Bulls in 1995 after the meatworks closed its doors in 1994.
The Bulls are planning a gathering of past and current players, administrators and supporters in Broome.
Among the former players in its Hall of Fame is local football legend Peter Talman, who played for the powerful Port Adelaide side in the 1960s.
