Fans can meet footy players at club community camps>
THE AFL has released the dates and locations of its Community Camps where AFL clubs and their players visit towns and meet locals.
Some clubs will rack up several frequent flyer points with St Kilda, West Coast and Fremantle visiting far flung locations like the Gold Coast, Pilbara and Kimberley, respectively. Most camps begin early next month but Adelaide's, held on the Yorke Peninsula, will be held during the split round in June. Essendon's will begin next week when they visit centres in country Victoria. Premiers Hawthorn will build on its support in Tasmania.
The majority of the AFL's 82 Indigenous players will be visiting Darwin and Palmerston from Monday, February 2 in the lead-up to the All-Stars v Adelaide match in Darwin on Saturday, February 7.
