Reporting to the FIL President, specific duties include:
* FIL Meeting management - distribution of notices and reports for Board, Committee and General Assembly meetings, coordination of meeting location, recording of minutes, etc
* Manage Membership contact database including acting as central contact for all FIL related correspondence
* Document management - collation and distribution of documents relating to all aspects of governance (Constitution, By-Laws,), rules, events (guidelines/By-Laws) and associated policies
* Manage website (oversee website manager)
* Maintaining the Meeting and Events Calendar
Minimum Requirements -
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and Power Point - and Outlook (or equivalent email application)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Organization skills
* Significant knowledge and experience in the sport of lacrosse
* Ability to travel internationally
* Internet access including e-mail
General Information
The successful candidate will be expected to work from their home or remotely from their office using existing communication resources and tools. Compensation will consist of a monthly stipend that anticipates 10-15 hours of work weekly on average.
