Notice of Annual General Meeting for Perth Basketball Association
The Annual General Meeting of the Perth Basketball Association will be help at 7pm December 5th at the PBA office Leisurelife Recreation Centre, 34 Kent St East Victoria Park.
Officer nominations - President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer - need to be lodged by October 31st.
All nominations to be proposed and seconded by members of the Perth Basketball Association.
Nominations for General Board of Directors positions can be made on the day at the AGM. Please read the guidance notes before lodging.
Complete the Proxy to vote form if you are unable to attend and return by friday December 4th 2011.
