The Zambia Basketball Association is divided into Two Main Leagues, the Southern and Northern Region Leagues.

Teams compete with each other on a weekly basis to determine the ultimate league leaders of each region. 

 

This further culminates in the formation of Regional Champonships to determine the ulitmate Zambia Basketball Association Champion.
