SBL Drug Action Week Challenge - Redbacks v Giants

The Perth Redbacks Men’s State Basketball League team takes on the Goldfields Giants this Sunday at midday at the Belmont Oasis Leisure Centre.
This is a vital game for both sides, with the fifth-placed Redbacks fighting hard to regain a spot in the top four and the eighth-placed Giants a play-off spot in the fast approaching finals.
The Redbacks and the Giants are both coming off of losses last weekend and will be desperate to bounce back with a win.
The game is also part of the official calendar of events in Drug Action week, which is proudly hosted by the Perth Redbacks with the support of the Local Drug Action Groups Inc.
The health message of Drug Action Week is that of “Drug Aware – Looking After Your Mind”.
That is to make yourself aware of the potentially adverse effect on your mental health of taking licit or illicit drugs for non-therapeutic purposes before considering taking them.
The Perth Redbacks looks forward to a large crowd to support this important event and watch what will be a great game.
